The specific scope and deliverables for each project are agreed upon between the client and our team before work begins.
Payment terms, pricing, and schedules are outlined in the individual project proposal or agreement shared with each client. All fees are due as per the agreed timeline. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom-built solutions and deliverables created specifically for their project. AI Agent Mindset retains the right to use general methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed during the engagement for future projects.
We treat all client information, business data, and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
AI Agent Mindset provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead generation numbers. Results depend on various factors including market conditions, business model, and implementation.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. In case of early termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
